For European Union Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence that apply notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms.
U.S. Export and Sanctions Compliance
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. embargoes or sanctions, to the extent prohibited by U.S. law;
- You are not identified on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and

Severability and Waiver

Translation
These Terms may be translated for convenience. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version will control.

We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. When changes become effective, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
