From the same server where SSRS is installed, test the destination with a standard FTP/SFTP client using the same host, protocol, port, and related connection settings. FileZilla is one client that supports the relevant protocols.
If the standalone client connects successfully but the delivery extension does not, contact Deztec support with the product version, OS version, SSRS version, and the error text.
Never include usernames, passwords, private keys, or other credentials in a support request.
